ABB parts carry two identifiers — an article number in the form 3HACxxxxxx-xxx and a DSQC designation. Both describe the same unit, and quoting either one is enough to start. Send us the number from your label and we will confirm the exact variant before quoting.
ABB labels the same component two different ways, which is why the same board turns up under two apparently unrelated numbers. Once you know which is which, identification gets much easier.

Most wrong-part orders come from reading the robot model off the arm and stopping there. The controller generation matters as much as the robot.

Yes — screens, joysticks, enabling devices, membranes, housings and cables are repairable at component level, validated on a rig and returned with a six-month warranty. Joystick drift and a failed enabling device are both routine repairs and rarely justify a new pendant.
Almost always the serial measurement board battery pack, commonly the DSQC633. It is a wear item on roughly an annual cycle. Replace the pack, then update the revolution counters — the robot does not need a full re-calibration for this on its own.
