Most wrong-part orders come from reading the robot model off the arm and stopping there. The controller generation matters as much as the robot, and a pendant or drive that fits a KR C2 will not fit a KR C4.

When an OEM ends support for a controller generation, the machine on your floor does not stop being capable. It stops being serviceable — which is a different problem, and a solvable one.
Refurbished and tested stock for controller generations the original manufacturer no longer lists.
Board-level repair of the unit you already have, validated on a test rig, with a six-month warranty.
Where the function no longer exists as a part, re-engineer it: Interbus to Profinet, S5 to S7, panel replacement.

Brand, model, controller generation and a photo of the label is enough to get a firm price and a real lead time.
KUKA, FANUC, ABB and Yaskawa Motoman are the four platforms we hold and source for most often, across KR C2/KR C4/KR C5, R-J3 to R-30iB Plus, S4C+/IRC5/OmniCore and NX100 to YRC1000 controller generations. We also supply parts for other industrial robot and automation platforms on request.
Both. Where a new part is available and sensible we quote it. Where it is obsolete, on long lead time, or simply not worth the money, we quote a tested used or refurbished unit instead. Every unit we ship, new or used, is tested on our own rigs first and carries a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The robot brand and model, the controller generation, and the part number from the label on the component if you can reach it. A photograph of the rating plate or board label is usually enough. If you only have the fault and not the part, send the error code and what the robot was doing when it stopped and we will work back to the part.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Older KR C2, R-J3, S4C+ and NX100 generation cells are still productive machines, and the usual reason they get scrapped is that nobody will support them. We source from refurbished stock, repair the part you already have, or re-engineer the function where the original component no longer exists at all.

Yes. We ship anywhere in India from Pune, and we also serve manufacturers in Europe through our overseas branch in Germany.
We will tell you. A servo drive, HMI, controller board or teach pendant can often be repaired for less than a replacement costs, with a six-month warranty on the repair. If repair is the better answer for your situation we say so, even though the part sale is the larger invoice.
