KUKA part numbers run in the form 00-xxx-xxx and the same assembly can carry different numbers across options and revisions. Send us the number from your label and we will confirm the exact variant before quoting.
KUKA identifies parts two ways at once: a numeric 00-xxx-xxx material number on the label, and a functional abbreviation printed on the unit itself. Knowing the abbreviations tells you what a board does before you have found any number at all.

Most wrong-part orders come from reading the robot model off the arm and stopping there. The controller generation matters as much as the robot.

We supply parts and we repair them, so we have no reason to push you either way. When a repair is the better answer for your situation, we say so.

KR C2 and KR C2 edition05, KR C4 and KR C4 compact, and KR C5 and KR C5 micro. KR C2 generation parts are a large part of what we do, because those cells are still productive and KUKA no longer supports them.
The KCP4 smartPAD used on KR C4 cabinets is commonly listed as 00-168-334, and the smartPAD-2 used on KR C5 as 00-291-556. The KCP2 pendant for KR C2 is 00-130-547. Variants exist by option and revision, so send us the number from your own label and we will confirm the exact match before quoting.
Often not. Intermittent dropouts are more frequently the connecting cable (00-181-563) or the X19 cable (00-320-104) than the pendant itself, and a failing membrane (00-216-801) can be replaced without replacing the whole unit. Swap or test the cable before you buy a pendant.
Yes. Touch screens, membranes, enabling switches, housings and cables are all repairable at component level, validated on a test rig and returned with a six-month warranty. It is usually a fraction of replacement cost, and we will tell you when it is not worth doing.
The KPP (KUKA Power Pack) is the drive power supply that feeds the DC link in a KR C4 cabinet. The KSP (KUKA Servo Pack) is the axis drive module that actually drives the motors — a KR C4 typically carries one KSP for axes 1-3 and another for axes 4-6. A DC-link or bus fault usually points at the KPP; a single-axis fault usually points at a KSP.
Yes, and it is a core part of the business. KR C2 generation cells are still capable machines; the usual reason they get scrapped is that nobody will support them. We source refurbished stock, repair the unit you already have, or re-engineer the function — including Interbus to Profinet conversion so an older cell can sit on the same network as the rest of the plant.
