We started in 2019 in Pune with one aim: make reliable automation affordable for Indian manufacturers. Today the team is just over fifty people working across India and Germany.
We started because manufacturers kept getting one or the other. A supplier who could quote a controller but had no idea why it failed, or a technician who could diagnose it but no way to source the part. Since 2019 the team has grown past fifty people across India and Germany, built around stock we have tested ourselves and engineers who have spent real time on live production lines.
We work across brands, so nobody gets locked into one manufacturer's catalogue. A KUKA teach pendant, a FANUC servo drive, an ABB controller board, a worn dresspack off a welding cell: our bench has seen all of it. Most of the time we can repair it for less than a replacement costs, and sooner.

Every refurbished unit goes through experienced hands and our own test rigs before it ships. That is why we can put a warranty on every sale and every repair: a year on sales, six months on repairs.

The cost and time figures below are indicative of typical outcomes rather than audited results.
Challenge. A Tier-1 automotive component supplier lost a KRC4 robot controller, which halted a six-robot welding cell mid-shift.
Solution. Component-level diagnosis on our test rig traced it to a failed communication card. The unit was refurbished, validated and back in the cell within four days.
Result. The cell ran on a loan spare while the original was repaired. Around ₹6.8 lakh saved against a new controller, and roughly ₹12 lakh of production loss avoided.
Challenge. An 18-year-old S5 platform with declining spares availability left the plant exposed to an extended unplanned stoppage.
Solution. Full S5 to S7 hardware and logic migration, re-validated and documented, commissioned in parallel with the running line.
Result. A modern, supportable platform. Operators needed no retraining, and total changeover downtime was two hours, taken overnight.
Challenge. An off-the-shelf dresspack did not fit a retrofitted extended-reach robot, causing intermittent cable snags and robot faults.
Solution. Cable-routing analysis, hose and cable selection for the application, custom mounting brackets, on-arm fitment and load testing.
Result. No cable-snag stoppages since installation, and an 8% cycle-time gain on that cell once robot motion was re-optimised around the new pack.
Challenge. A body-shop welding line was replacing dresspacks reactively, with failures clustering around the axis 3 interface and no record of when each pack was fitted.
Solution. Condition survey across the cells, repositioned support brackets, abrasion sleeving at the wear points, and a scheduled inspection plan with wear-part forecasting.
Result. Pack replacement moved from unplanned to planned. Consumable spend became something the line could budget for instead of an emergency order.
