Board-level electronics through to wrists and gear units. Every job is diagnosed before it is quoted, validated on our own test rigs before it ships, and carries a six-month warranty in writing.
Board-level electronics through to mechanical assemblies, for robots, controllers and the automation hardware around them.
ANY MAKE
Membrane and keypad replacement, touch-screen and digitiser replacement, LCD and backlight, power and logic boards, corroded connectors, cracked frames and bezels.
SIEMENS · ALLEN-BRADLEY · MITSUBISHI
CPU modules, digital and analog I/O cards, communication and network cards, power supplies, backplanes and rack wiring, battery and memory-backup faults.
ANY MAKE
BGA chip-level rework, power board repair, capacitor replacement, thermal faults, and full disk-image backup so the machine's configuration survives the repair.
KUKA · FANUC · ABB · YASKAWA
Controller cabinet faults, servo drive and amplifier repair, safety and I/O boards, teach pendant repair including cable, enabling switch and touch panel.
ALL BRANDS
Winding and bearing faults, brake units, encoder and pulse-coder replacement, shaft and keyway repair, re-testing under load before return.
ALL BRANDS
Inline wrists, counterbalance systems, gear units and reducers, backlash correction, seal and lubrication service, and dresspack rebuilds.
The step most repair shops skip is the last one. A unit that has not been run under load has not been repaired — it has been worked on.
Every unit is diagnosed before anything is quoted, so the price you get is for the fault that actually exists rather than an estimate hedged against the worst case. If a unit is not worth repairing, that is the answer you get, along with what a tested replacement costs.
Repaired units are run on test rigs built for the platform before they are packed. This is what catches the second fault that was masked by the first — the one that otherwise surfaces two weeks after the unit is back on your line.
Emergency fault-line support for unplanned downtime, with same-day diagnosis and priority component dispatch for AMC subscribers.
We supply spare parts as well as repairing them, so we have no reason to push you either way. A drive or pendant that can be repaired for a fraction of replacement cost gets repaired, and we say so even though the parts sale is the larger invoice.
Five minutes of preparation usually takes a day or more off the turnaround, because it saves us going back to you before diagnosis can start.

We keep working controllers and platform-specific rigs in the workshop so a repaired board, drive, pendant or motor can be run in the environment it will go back into, not just continuity-checked on a bench.
The same rigs are what let us sell tested used parts with a one-year warranty. A part is either proven under power or it is a guess, and we do not ship guesses.

Brand, model, error code and what the machine was doing. Most quotes come back within one business day, and nothing gets repaired before you approve the price.
HMI screens and operator panels, PLC CPUs and I/O cards, industrial PCs, robot controller boards, servo drives and amplifiers, teach pendants, servo motors and encoders, and mechanical assemblies including inline wrists, counterbalance systems, gear units and dresspacks.
For robots: KUKA, FANUC, ABB and Yaskawa. For PLCs, HMIs and industrial PCs: Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi, GE Fanuc, Hitachi, Telemecanique, Schneider, Modicon and VIPA.
Six months from the date of repair, on every job. That warranty is only possible because each unit is run on our own test rigs before it goes back, which is also what catches the secondary faults that would otherwise bring the unit straight back to us.
Yes. We diagnose first, then quote a binding price. Nothing is repaired before you have accepted it, and if we find during diagnosis that the unit is not economically repairable we tell you that instead of quoting around it.
It depends on the fault and on parts availability, and we give you an expected turnaround with the quote rather than after you have committed. Dresspack repairs are typically diagnosed, quoted and returned inside a week. Line-down jobs are triaged ahead of scheduled work, and AMC subscribers hold priority.
We tell you what it would cost to replace it with a tested refurbished or new unit, and you decide. We hold spare parts for the same platforms we repair, so in most cases the alternative is available from the same conversation.
Send the component with its part number visible, a short note of the fault and the machine it came from, and your contact details inside the box. Anti-static packing for boards and pendants, and a rigid outer carton. Message or call us before dispatch so the bench is expecting it.
For faults that are diagnosed on the machine — controller health, wiring, dresspack and mechanical issues — yes, and that is how AMC and emergency call-outs usually run. Board-level and motor work comes back to the workshop, because the test rigs are what make the warranty meaningful.
