The whole automation lifecycle under one roof: source it, fix it, re-engineer it, run it. Everything is tested on our own rigs and sold with a written warranty.
We hold our own stock. Used units are tested on our bench, confirmed working, then packed and sent. New equipment is available to order alongside it. Everything we sell carries a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Items marked In stock are shown from our own inventory. Don't see your part? Send us the model number and we'll source it.
A dresspack carries power, signal, air and process media from the robot base out to the tool, through six axes that never stop moving. When one fails, the stoppage usually gets blamed on something else first.
We supply and build packs for arc welding, spot welding, pneumatic and vacuum handling, and design from scratch when a standard kit does not fit. We also install them, tune the routing against the robot program, inspect them on a schedule, and repair them when they fail.

Every repair is validated on our own test rigs before it goes back, so secondary faults get caught before the unit ships. All repairs carry a six-month warranty. We service Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi, GE Fanuc, Hitachi, Telemecanique, Schneider, Modicon and VIPA.

Control systems drawn up around the machine you actually have. We look for what is wearing out or no longer supported before it stops the line.
Renew or redesign automation control systems, including Siemens S7 conversions sized to your machine's actual capacity.
Electrical design for new machine logic: panel construction, cable assembly, dresspack routing and SCADA programming for the HMI.
Obsolete controllers and unsupported PLC platforms are the biggest risk on an older line. We re-engineer around them, upgrading the control architecture while leaving the mechanics you already trust in place.
Legacy S5 migrated to S7 hardware. Program logic is reviewed, re-validated and documented, so operators do not have to re-learn the machine.
KUKA KRC4 controllers converted from Interbus to Profinet, so older robot cells sit on the same network as the rest of the plant.
Discontinued operator panels replaced with current-generation hardware, screens and all.
Robot selection sits inside an engineering project: layout planning, grippers, holder arms, fixtures, pneumatic valves, dresspack routing and PLC control, all specified together. Robots come out of our own stock, get tested on the rigs, and are matched to the application before we quote.
Applications: gas welding, plasma cutting, trimming, machine feed, press feed, palletizing, packaging, painting and more.

Scheduled inspection, preventive servicing and priority support, so failures get caught before they cost you a shift.
Emergency hotline for critical unplanned downtime. Same-day diagnosis and priority component dispatch for AMC subscribers.
| Tier | Response time | Visits / year | Spares priority | Ideal for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 48 hours | 2 scheduled | Standard queue | Non-critical production |
| Priority | 24 hours | 4 scheduled + on-call | Priority stock hold | Critical assembly lines |
| 24/7 Critical | Same-day / hotline | Quarterly + standby | Dedicated reserve stock | High-throughput cells |
Robot programming and PLC/HMI maintenance are skills your team keeps for the life of the line. Training runs on working cells and controllers, so operators can run, adjust and troubleshoot what we hand over.
KUKA / FANUC / ABB / YASKAWA
Teach-pendant programming, path editing, I/O configuration and safe manual operation.
ANY MAKE
Reading ladder logic, fault diagnosis, HMI navigation and routine preventive checks.
END-OF-ARM EQUIPMENT
Gripper and tool-station changeover, calibration, and end-of-arm tooling care.
PERIPHERAL MAINTENANCE
Routine inspection, clamp and sleeving checks, and safe component replacement on the arm.
A wheeled training rig that brings a working cell to your floor or ours. No fixed lab needed. Built around a 6-axis robot with a linear track for extended reach, a conveyor module, an HMI and PLC control panel, a mechanical finger gripper, a vacuum gripper and a milling tool station.
At your plant. The mobile cell travels to you, so operators train on the shift pattern they actually work.
At our workshop. Small groups on live robots, controllers and test rigs, away from production pressure.
Alongside a project. Training folded into commissioning, so your team is handed a cell they already know.
Training bundled with an AMC means your people pick up the preventive-check routines alongside our visits, which cuts down how often you need to call anyone in.
