A working cell that comes to your floor

The usual obstacle to training is not willingness, it is that you cannot take a production cell out of service to teach on it, and nobody wants to send a whole shift away for a week. The mobile cell solves both: a wheeled training rig that travels to you, so no fixed lab is needed.

Questions we get asked most

What robot brands do you train on?

KUKA, FANUC, ABB and Yaskawa. Training runs on working robots and controllers rather than on simulators, so what your team learns transfers directly to the cell they go back to.

Where does training take place?

Three ways. At your plant, using our mobile training cell, so operators train on the shift pattern they actually work. At our Pune workshop, in small groups on live robots, controllers and test rigs, away from production pressure. Or folded into a commissioning project, so your team is handed a cell they already know.

What is the mobile training cell?

A wheeled training rig that brings a working cell to your floor, so no fixed lab is needed. It is built around a 6-axis robot with a linear track for extended reach, a conveyor module, an HMI and PLC control panel, a mechanical finger gripper, a vacuum gripper and a milling tool station.

How long is a course and how many people can attend?

Both are set to your team rather than to a fixed catalogue. Tell us the starting level, the shift pattern you need to work around and how many people need covering, and we will scope the length and group size against that before quoting.

Do trainees need previous robot experience?

No. Modules are pitched at the group in front of us, from operators who have never held a teach pendant through to maintenance engineers who want fault diagnosis and recovery depth. Mixed-ability groups are normal and are usually split across sessions rather than levelled down.

Can training be combined with an AMC?

Yes, and we recommend it. When operators learn the preventive-check routines alongside our maintenance visits, the routine checks get done properly between visits, which measurably reduces how often anyone needs to be called in.

Is training available in Hindi or Marathi?

Sessions are run in whatever language the group works in — English, Hindi or Marathi. Tell us when you book and we will staff it accordingly.

Do you train on PLCs as well as robots?

Yes. PLC and HMI maintenance is one of the core modules, covering any make, and it is often the more useful half for a maintenance team supporting mixed-brand plant.
