JZRCR programming pendants, JANCD control and I/O boards, SGM series servo motors, SERVOPACK drive units, harmonic reducers and manipulator cable sets — for NX100, DX100, DX200 and YRC1000. Tested on our own rigs and sold with a one-year warranty.
The components we are asked for most, what they do, which cabinet they belong to, and the fault that usually brings them to us. Use it to check you are ordering the right thing before you order it.
| Part number | Component | Controller generation | Typically replaced when |
|---|---|---|---|
| JZRCR-YPP01-1 | Programming pendant | DX100 | Cracked screen, dead keys, failed enabling switch |
| JZRCR-YPP21-1 | Programming pendant | DX200 | Same, on DX200 cabinets |
| JZRCR-APP01-1 | Programming pendant, with 8 m cable | YRC1000 | Same, on YRC1000 cabinets |
| JANCD-YCP… | Control CPU board | DX / YRC generations | Controller will not boot, repeated system alarms |
| JANCD-YIF… | Interface board | DX / YRC generations | Communication alarms between control and drive sections |
| JANCD-YIO… | I/O board | DX / YRC generations | Dead I/O channels, external signal faults |
| SGM… | AC servo motor with encoder | All generations | Bearing noise, brake failure, encoder fault |
| SGD… / SERVOPACK | Servo drive unit | All generations | Single-axis overcurrent, overheat and following-error alarms |
| HW… harnesses | Manipulator-to-controller cable sets | All generations | Intermittent alarms that follow arm movement |
Yaskawa pendants differ by controller generation — a DX100 pendant will not serve a YRC1000 cabinet, and the trailing suffix matters. Send us the number from your label and we will confirm the exact variant before quoting.
Yaskawa groups parts by prefix, and the prefix tells you which section of the cell a component belongs to before you look up anything else.
| Prefix / designation | What it identifies |
|---|---|
| JZRCR- | Controller-level assemblies — programming pendants, pendant cables, interface units |
| JANCD- | Control boards inside the cabinet: YCP is the control CPU, YIF the interface board, YIO the I/O board |
| SGM… | AC servo motors, by series — the letters after SGM identify the motor family |
| SGD… / SERVOPACK | Servo drive units that power the motors |
| HW… | Cable harnesses and connection sets between the manipulator and the controller |
| YPP / APP | Pendant families — YPP on the DX generations, APP on YRC1000 |
Mid 2000s generation, out of OEM support
Programming pendants and cables, JANCD control and I/O boards, servo drives and motors, manipulator harnesses. Board repair and refurbished stock are the practical routes.
The volume generation in service today
JZRCR-YPP01-1 and JZRCR-YPP21-1 programming pendants, JANCD-YCP control CPUs, YIF interface and YIO I/O boards, SERVOPACK drive units, SGM servo motors and encoders, cooling fans and batteries.
Current generation
JZRCR-APP01-1 pendants with 8 m cable, control and I/O boards, drive units, servo motors. Sourcing and priority dispatch rather than obsolescence work.
Most wrong-part orders come from reading the robot model off the arm and stopping there. The controller generation matters as much as the robot.

We supply parts and we repair them, so we have no reason to push you either way. When a repair is the better answer for your situation, we say so.
| Condition | What it means | Testing | Warranty |
|---|---|---|---|
| New | Unused stock, original packaging where supplied that way | Function-checked before dispatch | 1 year from purchase |
| Refurbished | Stripped, worn components replaced, rebuilt to working spec | Full run on our test rig | 1 year from purchase |
| Tested used | Working pulled unit, cleaned and verified | Full run on our test rig | 1 year from purchase |
| Repaired (your unit) | Your own component, fault repaired at board level | Validated on the rig before return | 6 months from repair |

Diagnosed before it is quoted, six-month warranty.
Catch the wear part before it stops the line.

Brand, model, controller generation and a photo of the label is enough to get a firm price and a real lead time.
NX100, DX100, DX200, YRC1000 and YRC1000micro. NX100 generation cells are regular work for us because they are still productive and no longer supported.
It depends on the controller. The DX100 programming pendant is commonly listed as JZRCR-YPP01-1, the DX200 as JZRCR-YPP21-1, and the YRC1000 pendant with 8 m cable as JZRCR-APP01-1. They are not interchangeable across generations, so confirm the cabinet before ordering.
JZRCR covers controller-level assemblies — programming pendants, pendant cables and interface units. JANCD covers the boards inside the cabinet: YCP is the control CPU, YIF the interface board, YIO the I/O board. The prefix alone tells you which section of the cell a part belongs to.
Yes — screens, membranes, keys, enabling switches, housings and cables are repairable at component level, tested on a rig and returned with a six-month warranty. Check the cable first; intermittent pendant faults are frequently the cable rather than the unit.
Yes — SGM series AC servo motors with their encoders and brakes, and SERVOPACK drive units. Motors are run under load on a test rig before dispatch rather than continuity-checked on a bench.
The controller generation (NX100, DX100, DX200, YRC1000), the robot model, and the part number from the component label including the trailing suffix. A photograph of the rating plate is usually enough.
We source refurbished and tested used stock, repair the board you already have at component level, or re-engineer the function where the original no longer exists. A dead board is rarely a reason to scrap a working manipulator.
